Our Prices

You booked 4 hours, but the job took only 2? No worries, you only pay for the actual time, the service took, upon job completion, no more!
Minimum appointment time: 1 hour. After the first hour, we will charge on a half-hour basis. Prices are inclusive, no hidden fees. (Terms and conditions apply) 

For fixed rate bookings, or bookings scheduled after 6:00 pm on a weekday or at any time on a Saturday or Sunday, we reserve the right to charge the total estimated value of the booking.

T&C and Minimum Charges apply. When we calculate the price, we also take into consideration the area’s dimensions and the time of the appointment. All prices and deals are valid for covered areas. 

Please note:

• That for early bird slot, we cannot undertake work that is likely to cause noise nuisance to your neighbours
• Parking is charged at cost where applicable
• Congestion charge is charged where applicable
• Materials are charged at a 25% mark-up
• Sourcing time for materials is charged at a flat rate of £20+VAT where applicable

Rescheduling/cancellation policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please give us 48 hours notice to avoid a late notice charge of £20+VAT.

Please take a note: we are not liable for any rubbish removal, nor your personal belongings, furniture or part of your property. We are not responsible for any damage which might occur due to different work processes, such as ceiling removal, wall chasing and other jobs. Please make sure you remove anything important to you, protect furniture, flooring or anything else what you decide not to remove before our work starts. (Eg. house rewiring)
